Suggested Use: As body cream to apply topically. Apply onece or twice daily only if actually needed. Each full press of the pump provides approximately 20mg of natural Progesterone and 25mg of phytoestrogens. Dispense cream into the palm of the hand and rub onto the skin of your chest, abdomen, inner arms, or thigs-rotating area each time. Do not use for more than 3 weeks out of a month.
- Up to age 45: apply 10-20mg of Progesta-care Plus once or twice daily, beginning 12 days after the first day of your period. Apply the cream daily for 14 days, and then discontinue. Begin again 12 say after the first day of the peiord.
- Pre-memopausal and menopausal women: apply 10-20 mg of Natural Progesterone onec or twice daily.
