This cream is:
- Paraben and synthetics (including laureth-7, C13-C14, ceteareth-20, etc.) free.

Suggested Use: As body cream to apply topically. Apply once or twice daily only if actually needed. Each full press of the pump provides approximately 20mg of natural Progesterone USP. Dispense cream into the palm of the hand and rub onto the skin of your chest, abdomen, inner arms, or thigs - rotating area each time. Do not use for more than 3 weeks out of a month.
- Up to age 45: apply 10-20mg of Natural Progesterone once or twice daily, beginning 12 days after the first day of your period. Apply the cream daily for 14 days, and then discontinue. Begin again 12 days after the first day of the period.
- Before and after menopause: apply 10-20 mg of Natural Progesterone once or twice daily.
Time of Action: it may vary from an individual to another. However, it's advisable to take it for at least three months
