Our body naturally makes three estrogens, i.e. estradiol, estrone, and estriol. Estriol possesses the weakest estrogenic effects of the three. Yet, as claimed in a recent article published on Life Extension, “its weakness is its strenght”. Many studies have reported that estriol could help women during peri-menopause and menopause to balance their body naturally. Some studies have claimed that estriol might help relieving menopausal symptoms, besides improving bone and urinary tract health, cardiovascular risk factors.
