Naturvitae's products are sold only on our website. We do send the products directly to the address you'll give us. We warrant your privacy: on the package there are no information on its content. For more information please see Sales terms.
Do you ship worldwide?
We do ship everywhere within European Union. We do not refund the shipping charges nor can warrant any refund to the Extra-European Customers and to customers from some European Countries that are new members of EU*, whether the products get lost or are blocked by Sanitary Custom Authorities of their countries. *WARINING: Although members of EU, it might happen that postal authorities of some conutries (like Estonia and new members states of EU) block the packs containing nutritional supplements no matter they come from another country in EU. Before placing an order, please make sure there are no problems in importing nutritional supplements from other EU Contries.
How can I look for an item on this website?
Surf the PRODUCTS CATALOG or look for the product right for you by referring to ISSUES area where you can find out quickly the specific items for any need. In HERBS AND ACTIVE PRINCIPLES area you can find a tiny encyclopedia to help you with getting knowledge about some of our products' properties. By clicking on product's name, you'll log in its file. If you'd like to purchase the item, click on “Add to Cart” button (see also “How does cart work” below).
How does cart work?
Once you've chosen an item, click on “Add to Cart” button in order to insert it in items you'd like to purchase list. If you'd like to purchase other items, after having added an item to cart, you could go back and look for and purchase other products. If you wanna delete a product, or modify its quantity as well click on “Cart” button on the right top of the page. Whenever you modify the quantity, you should click on “Update quantity” button. Inserting items in the cart doesn't bind you to purchase anything. You can quit the procedure before completing the order. The last step of the order form is about shipment charges. From order form you can also choose how to pay. Once you've finished to insert your items in the cart, click on “Continue with the order” to confirm it.
How can I forward my order?
In order to proceed with the purchase you need to sign up to website by filling in some personal information.
You can do it in this way:
1. FILLING IN YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:> REGISTERED USERS:
Insert your email address and your password to log in and confirm your order. If during the registration you choose to save these information, the website will recognize you automatically.> NEW USERS:
1. Click on the link to keep on with the signing up, then fill in the form. The field marked with a star are required.
2. Confirm the form by clicking on “SEND” button. Since now, your personal information are recorded, and you won't have to fill them in ever again. Keep safe your login information to our store, or you can record them to be recognized by the website everytime you'll log in.
3. You'll need to open the email we'll send you to complete your registration.
4. Finally, you could check out your personal data and your cart content.
2. CONFIRMING THE ORDER:
In a following page it will be displayed a summary of your order. It will be given you an Order Number you could refer to for communicate with us. It's advisable to print the confirming page of your order. We could contact you by email to have confirm about your order, so please fill in your e-mail address carefully.
How can I pay the items?

How long does it take to receive my order?
All catalog's items are delivered within 7/10 days from the receivement of the order, and anyway according to warehouse availability.
Can I cancel an order?
Unless your order has already been dealt with, you can cancel it by sending us an email with your Order Number indication. In this way, nothing we'll be shipped or charged to you.
What can I do if there will be problems with my order?
For any problem with payment or delivery, contact us by filling in the contact form in CONTACTS area. Please write always down your Order Number.
Can I check my order status, whether it has been shipped, and when the items will be delivered?
Our website offers an online service where you can check all the details about your orders. By clicking on “YOUR ACCOUNT” button (only for registered users) you can check online your order status and your personal information.

RETURN POLICY:
If the item received doesn't correspond to your order, it will be replaced as soon as you'll give it back. We replace only those items that are intact and still sealed. Any return must be authorized by Naturvitae. If you'd like to return an item, you should send an inquiry via e-mail. We'll give you the instructions to return the product. Please be aware that we cannot accept any merchandise returned without our previous authorization.
