1. What is CMOTM?
CMO IS NOT A DRUG!!!CMO is the generic name for the mixture of some ten fatty acids including which are naturally derived from bovine tallow in a special process. 2. What are CMO Plus?

4. How much CMO Plus should I take?

5. Does CMO need to be taken over long periods or forever?
No, it doesn't. Some people take one cycle of CMO Plus once a year even if they wouldn't need to. Others take it whenever they feel the demand, and others more who didn't need it anymore.
6. Are there warranties about the helpfulness of CMO?
No, there are not. Every single man or woman reacts in different ways to it, as to any other substance (natural or chemical derived). 8. How do I know that CMO Plus contains genuine CMOTM ?
This is a fair question for two reasons. Firstly, some people in USA are unwittingly selling non-genuine CMO, so that even if they're honest, their product is not. The reason for this, and some household names are falling into this trap, is that even good chemists cannot sometimes tell the difference between cetyl myristoleate (good and effective) and cetyl myristate (not good and ineffective) and so distributors can easily be lured into buying the wrong thing. 9. Is there a particular way of taking CMO Plus? What about the diet?
For best absorption, we generally recommend to take 3 capsules of CMO Plus in the morning and 3 in the evening on an empty stomach. It is also recommended to avoid taking alchohol, caffeine, tea, and cola drinks. Anyway, all the details are normally sent out with the supplement.
10.What about other supplements?
Together with CMO Plus, it is suggested to take sea cucumber extracts (Sea Plus) in order to improve its effectiveness. Some users have got better results by taking CMO-Plus with MSM Glucosamine Chondroitin.
